For a moment, I was drawn into the glow.
Yet again it manhandled my aching soul.
I should have let it stay buried in the snow.
Tending to it, I let it seep and grow.
It carved in me a despair-shaped hole.
For a moment, I was drawn into the glow.
I mustn't have let the enchantment flow.
Wishing it would give me back what it stole.
I should have let it stay buried in the snow.
Full of hope, it appeared in bright yellow
While it was truly a camouflaged blackhole.
For a moment, I was drawn into the glow.
It fascinated me like a magic show.
Slowly crept on me like I was its only goal.
I should have let it stay buried in the snow.
The glow's allure kept my heart in tow
And sent my whole being out of control.
For a moment, I was drawn into the glow.
I should have let it stay buried in the snow.
